Attachment-Based EMDR Therapy with Kids and Families Training Feburary 27-28th 2026
Attachment-Based EMDR Therapy with Kids and Families is a 2-day, in-person advanced training for clinicians who want practical, child-friendly EMDR strategies that incorporate parents, play, and therapeutic stories to build trust, stabilize symptoms, and support healing from early attachment trauma.
This training teaches the steps of the EMDR Integrative Attachment Trauma Protocol for Children (IATP-C), including parent psychoeducation and case conceptualization, family-based EMDR activities to calm dysregulation and strengthen connection, and gentle EMDR modifications for processing triggers and trauma histories in ways that are developmentally sensitive. You’ll also learn approaches to support children and teens who are highly dissociative, neurodivergent, or impacted by prenatal substance exposure, with demonstrations, discussion, and practicum experiences.

Credits: 12 EMDRIA Credits + 12 Licensure CEs
