Jocelyn is a graduate student in the Clinical
Mental Health Counseling program at Texas A&M
University–Victoria, providing counseling under
licensed supervision. She aims to create a
welcoming space where clients feel safe,
supported, and heard.
As a proud Salvadoran and bilingual counselor-in-
training, Jocelyn has experience working with
Spanish-speaking youth and families. She values
each client’s culture and story and is passionate
about helping people feel empowered and
understood.
Jocelyn uses a warm, person-centered style,
Gestalt techniques, and play-focused approaches
to support emotional expression and healing.
Outside of sessions, she enjoys dancing, singing,
the arts, and activities that support mind-body
wellness.
